This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Focus Flow.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available.

We currently ship from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
We may offer shipping within Australia, New Zealand, and selected international locations depending on the available shipping options shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Australia:
Standard shipping: approximately 2–6 business days
Express shipping: approximately 1–3 business days
New Zealand:
Standard shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
Express shipping: approximately 1–3 business days where available
International:
Standard shipping: approximately 6–27 business days depending on destination
Express shipping: timeframes vary depending on destination and carrier availability

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping details, public holidays, natural events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If you enter an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@focusflowblend.com. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at hello@focusflowblend.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details.
We will review the issue and provide a resolution where required under Australian Consumer Law.
