Refund Policy
We want customers to be satisfied with their Focus Flow order. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@focusflowblend.com.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To request a return, email hello@focusflowblend.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us as soon as possible at hello@focusflowblend.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Change of mind
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed products unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation where required by law.
